I have a confession not many attorneys will make. I really respect my clients. Many have become close friends. So when a client needs me to do something really "non-traditional," I'm usually game.
What does that mean? Well, I have one client that has several rental properties. They had to evict a tenant who hadn't paid rent in several months. When they went to clean out the house, they discovered the tenant had kept several dogs locked in the basement. The carpeting was totally ruined with dog waste. The client called me on a Saturday moarning, and we spent the day pulling up some of the nastiest carpeting you've ever seen (or smelled!) |
